Silver Springs is a beautifully treed, mature community in Northwest Calgary, and has mostly detached homes with prices ranging from $455,000 up to $1,400,000 (2022). There are also several townhouse condo complexes and semi detached homes around Nose Hill Drive and Silver Springs Gate areas.
Location: North of the Bow River (accessible through Bowmont Park), South of Crowchild, East of Nose Hill Drive with easy access to the Mountains.
Shopping: there are 2 small commercial areas within Silver Springs that include a fitness centre, convenience store, gas station, pub, cafe, and a Shoppers Drug Mart. Schools: Silver Springs Elementary School, W.O. Mitchell School and St. Sylvester Elementary are in Silver Springs, with Thomas B. Riley School, Arbour Lake School, Bowness High School and Ranchlands Schools nearby.
Transit: Crowfoot and Dalhousie LRT, with buses servicing both stations throughout the community.
